Subarno Nagorik Unnyan Sangstha (SNUS) is a Disabled Peoples Organization (DPO) working in Satkhira district of Bangladesh. The organization was started in 2014 from the village Mukondpur under Kaliganj upazila of Satkhira district of Bangladesh.
Md. Forhad Reza, a person with cerebral palsy, has initiated this organization. At the very beginning he identified a number of persons with disabilities of his area and motivated them to be organized to raise their voice for their rights.
The organization is working to promote human rights, education, healthcare, income generating and employment for the people with disabilities.
